I firmly believe that we all not only deserve the opportunity for restful sleep, but that restful sleep is required in order for us to thrive! I will work directly with your family and customize a personal sleep plan for you to have the opportunity to teach your little one this amazing life skill. Your little one will come out more rested, having learned a strong life skill from you, their parent, and you will be able to experience the amazing feeling of rest once again! I can’t wait to hear all about your current experiences as well as your goals for your little one and your family!
Newborn Package
$375 (0-12 weeks of age)
Questionnaire: A comprehensive sleep questionnaire will be completed prior to our consultation. This will cover current sleep habits and family priorities that I will use to write the holistic individual customized sleep plan.
60–90-minute consultation: During our time together, we will go over the sleep plan and address daily routines, nap time and bedtime routines. We will also discuss night waking and troubleshoot any other issues you may be encountering.
Virtual nursery evaluation: We will go over the ideal nursery set up and discuss how to optimize the ideal sleeping environment for your little one.
Unlimited Voxer support: Using the Voxer app, you can expect to receive a response within 24 hours, until your little one is 12 weeks of age.
Weekly phone calls: Babies grow, change and develop quickly, especially during the first 3 months of life! For this reason, we will have weekly phone calls until the baby is 12 weeks of age.

Sleep tracking: You will complete a sleep tracking worksheet for 2-3 weeks and I will analyze daily, providing suggestions and feedback whenever necessary. These weeks might include some dynamic changes as we adjust the approach in response to the child’s unique motivation and progress.
